My work is deeply personal, often drawing from my past experiences and ongoing struggles with mental health. Each piece is both an expression and an outlet—a way for me to process, communicate, and transform emotion into something tangible.

My art is a way of making sense of my mental health journey. It’s a therapeutic process where I can externalize the internal chaos I’ve felt at different points in my life. Every stroke, every layer is a reflection of moments that I’ve lived through - some dark, some hopeful - but all honest.
