Turn your sign-up into a spotlight
POSE isn’t just about opening your doors for one weekend. It’s about being visible — to new audiences, potential buyers, collaborators, and supporters.
Signing up gets you in the room.
Completing Phase Two puts you on the stage.
This part of the process is what enables us to share your work widely — online, in print, and across our social channels. It’s also how you make your registration fee go further. The earlier you upload your content, the longer we have to promote you, and the more we can include you in the build-up to the event.
We know there’s a lot to share, but we’ve made it as simple and clear as possible. And once it’s done, you’ll be all set to benefit from the full reach of POSE.
What to prepare
Before starting the form, we recommend preparing the following in advance:
A 25-word statement, written in the first person, for the printed guidebook
A 100–150 word statement, also in the first person, for your online profileHaving these ready to copy and paste will make uploading much smoother.
Keep your wording in a document just in case.
Next, gather your supporting materials:
At least three (maximum 6) high-resolution (300dpi) images of your work
Format: JPEG or PNG only (no HEIC files — they will cause form errors)
Aspect: Square crop preferred (1:1 ratio)
Tip: Photograph your work before it is framed to avoid reflections from glass
A high-quality photo of yourself In your studio, in front of your work.
Public Liability Insurance (PDF format)
If you’re selling work, Product Insurance is also required ( A-n insurance for artists costs around £40 for a year and includes membership to A-n , with amazing benefits- the insurance is a combination of PLI and Product Insurance) other insurers are available please check to see if this one covers your needs.
Clearly label each file with your name and what it is.
For example:
YourName_work1.jpg,
